Making the stories longer than normal makes them more expensive to produce and localize, but we feel that it will make these characters feel more “real” to you all. Their stories will be longer than any of the game’s original bears, but also designed to take less calendar time to complete – i.e. Right now, I can confirm that it will include: We’ve been actively thinking about more ways we can make the New Neighbears DLC an exciting offer for everyone. We’ve already written the stories of two of the four bears you can expect the usual combination of funny, silly, sweet and heartwarming that we’ve always tried to deliver.
#COZY GROVE RELEASE TIME UPDATE#
In parallel, we have continued to work on the previously-announced free Spring Festival update as well as our first premium DLC (which previously didn’t have a name, but now we’re thinking we’ll call it the “New Neighbears” DLC!)īoth the Spring Festival update and New Neighbears DLC are on track to ship sometime in late April. In the short term, we hope to release a minor update with some minor bugfixes and balance tweaks you can expect to see that in the next few weeks. I’ve got another update for you on our development plans.
